It has come to my attention that an ad posted on this site (see ad) turned out to be a scam. Two prospective buyers lost some serious cash. Be careful of ads that might seem to be "too good to be true". They might be just that! VIN's are now required in all ads posted on this page. Before any money changes hands, request a copy of the Seller's driver license and a copy of the title in the Seller's name. If the Seller is a dealer, make sure you get a copy of the section showing the transfer to the dealer. If at all possible, get a picture of the VIN up by the windshield and a picture of the SPID sheet located under the trunk lid. Verify that the Seller's telephone area code agrees with the location of the vehicle. Names, addresses, VIN's, and other information should all agree. If they don't, request clarification. If you don't get it, or are not happy with it, walk away. Avoid any at-length financial transfers that put cash directly into the Seller's hands, whether it's Western Union, a credit card transfer, or some other type of transaction that instantly takes control of your cash. This car runs perfect. IT has new snow tires on the back, full wheel covers. Full size spare, carpeted floor. It is also still equipped with flashing front and rear lights. These can be disconnected easily. The body is in great shape with a dent on the lower passenger door. The rear bumper has paint fade and the hood has 3 surface rust spots around the grille.
